Joint bookings

To book places for two or more people with the same address, complete Steps 1 to 3 for one person, add their details to your basket, then use the hide basket option to return to this page.

Repeat the process for each additional person before paying for items on the basket page. This will avoid the need to re-enter address and payment details for each booking.

Use this page to book a place at the 2013 Modern Church annual conference or to pay the balance for a prior booking. If paying a balance go directly to Step 4.

Non-residential places may be available but cannot be allocated until June. Contact conference bookings for further information.

Modern Church is keen to encourage students to attend and where possible offer them free places. A contribution towards the cost (there is an option below) would be appreciated.

A reduction in fees may also be possible for others on very low incomes. This must be arranged with conference bookings before 31 March.

Step 1

Select your accommodation and when you will attend.

Residential in ensuite room

Includes all sessions and meals for the booked period
Full conference: £275   Part attendance: £100 for 24 hours

Residential in standard room (washbasin only)

Includes all sessions and meals for the booked period
Full conference: £210   Part attendance: £80 for 24 hours

All rooms are for single occupation except where people wish to share. There is no cost reduction for sharing. Standard rooms have one or two single beds. Ensuite rooms have a single bed, twin beds or a double bed.

Step 2

Enter your name and additional information. Modern Church will use this with the 'post to' address, email, and any telephone number you supply at the payment stage to provide your conference place.

I have other special dietary/residential requirements.

I am a member of Modern Church (AGM papers will be provided and a member discount applied for full bookings made by 31 March).

Include my contact details on a list circulated to all attendees prior to the conference (enables car-sharing).

This is my first Modern Church annual conference.

Step 3

Choose a payment option.

Pay the full fee of £275 for your selected booking (preferred option).

Deposits are non-refundable. Please note that if you have to cancel a booking within 4 weeks of the conference, we may need to retain the full booking fee depending on whether we can re-allocate your room.

If you paid only a deposit when booking, you can pay the balance here.
